Our ice cream truck is a fully self-serve experience — the fun is in guests building their own. Pull a cone, choose your scoops, pile on the toppings, and walk away with something nobody else has. We bring it to weddings, festivals, summer parties, and corporate events across Chester, Cheshire, the North West, and North & Mid Wales.
Base hire starts at £300 for 2 hours, including unlimited ice cream and the full topping bar for up to 100 guests. Each additional hour is £40, or take full day hire for £500 (works out cheaper than 8 hours of hourly extension). Larger guest counts and travel beyond our standard radius are quoted on top. No hidden extras — toppings, sauces, cones and cups are all included in the base price.
It's designed to be hands-on. Guests step up, grab a cone or tub, scoop their own ice cream, and load up at the topping bar — sauces, sprinkles, sweets, fruit, biscuits and crumbles. An attendant from our team is always on site nearby to keep everything topped up, sort out any issues, and help anyone who'd rather have it built for them.
You can have us serve from the truck itself — great for outdoor weddings, festivals, and garden events — or as a standalone setup inside a venue, marquee, or barn where the truck would not fit or be appropriate. Either format keeps the same self-serve experience and topping bar.
We can run the whole event as vegan or gluten-free instead of standard ice cream. It runs from a single machine, so we can only offer one option per booking — pick standard, vegan, or gluten-free for the full event and we cannot swap it over part-way through. Pick the option that suits your guest list and let us know in advance.
We bring our own generator so we can run fully self-sufficient at sites with no power — handy for fields, festivals, and remote venues. Mains power on site is preferred where possible because the generator does add background noise; if you can supply a 13A or 16A feed we will run from that and keep things quiet. Beyond that, we just need level access to the serving area.
